Bologna – Roma

Bologna meets Roma in a match from the fourth round of the Serie A. This game is going to be played at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara in the beautiful city of Bologna.

Bologna started the new campaign in the Calcio really good. Right now the Rossoblu are second in the league standings with 7 points, being only behind the current leader Inter Milan and ahead of the champion Juventus. Of course, nobody thinks that Bologna can keep this level for the entire season, but with two wins and one draw from three matches played, they are playing good so far.

In the previous round Sinisa Mihajlovic’ team visited the newcomer Brescia and achieved a dramatic 4-3 win. At one point of the game Brescia had a solid 3-1 lead in the result, but the Rossoblu managed to turn the fixture around and win it. Brescia’s Stefano Sabelli scored himself an own goal, while Mattia Bani, Rodrigo Palacio and Riccardo Orsolini scored for Bologna.

Bologna are doing good so far, but they will have a serious test against Roma on Sunday.

Roma started their season with two consecutive draws, but in the previous round the Wolves finally achieved their first win. It was a first win for the new manager Paulo Fonseca as well. Roma hosted Sassuolo at the Olimpico and scored four goals for a 4-2 win. Four different players scored for the club from the capital. Bryan Cristante opened the score for the hosts, while Edin Dzeko doubled the lead. Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Justin Kluivert also put the ball in the net. All of Roma’s four goals were scored before the halftime break.

Can Roma score a second consecutive win in the league against Bologna? The Rossoblu are a team which performs pretty well so far, so it’s going to be interesting.
